Terms of Service

Welcome to CVPage. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cvpage.io and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Ornalo LLC, a company registered in the United States of America ("Ornalo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use CVPage. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cvpage.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. The Service

CVPage lets you upload one or more PDF resumes and host them at a permanent personal link in the format cvpage.io/yourname. Free accounts include one active CV. Paid (Pro) accounts unlock additional CVs, analytics, and other features described on our pricing page.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the CVs and information you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Ornalo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit it solely for the purpose of operating the Service (for example, serving your CV to visitors of your public profile).

You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to share it publicly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload anything illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization.
• Upload malware, executables disguised as PDFs, or content that exploits, harms, or attempts to harm minors.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or scrape data in violation of our terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Usernames

Usernames are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that impersonate others, violate trademarks, are inactive for an extended period, or are otherwise abusive.

6. Pricing and payment

Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase processed by Stripe. By purchasing Pro, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the price displayed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

7. Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. If CVPage Pro isn't right for you, email us at support@cvpage.io with your purchase email and we'll process your refund within 48 hours.

After 30 Days

We do not offer refunds after the 30-day window has passed. This is a lifetime deal — you are paying once for permanent access, and we honor that commitment on our end.

What is not refundable

• Purchases older than 30 days
• Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
• Requests made after the account has been used to analyze more than 1 CV (AI Review feature)

How to request a refund

Email support@cvpage.io with:

• The email address used for purchase
• Your cvpage.io/username
• Reason (optional — but we'd love to know how we can improve)

We'll confirm your refund within 48 hours. Stripe processes the refund in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your public profile and CVs will be removed.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ornalo LLC, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ornalo LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the state in which Ornalo LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
